A long but smooth thousand metre ascent to the mountain resort town of Prevalle which, at 1500m altitude, is a ski centre in winter, and in summer months provides respite from the heat. A a rough descent on roads that haven't been built yet, with thunder showers, into Prizten, one of Kosovo's few tourist hotspots. Another old town and castle combo, the castle is neglected but has great views over the city's countless mosques and only slightly less countless churches.

Hello Al - just having my first viewing of your amazing pics - I hadn’t realised how many kms you’ve covered and how many countries you’ve travelled through!
