Rain forecast so I decided to spend another day in Zabliak. Six of us decided to brave the weather, and set off hiking to a viewpoint over the Tara canyon, reckoned to be the second deepest in the world. Started off pretty good, but the rain was coming in, and by the time we reached the viewpoint the heavens had and the gorge was all but obscured by the storm. By the time we got back to base we were all soaked to the skin and half frozen. Never mind, a hot shower and a cup of tea sorted us out. Good memories!
